OldPain2Go® Training Terms & Conditions

These are the terms of your one-time purchase of the OldPain2Go® training. You accept them by ticking the box at checkout.

1. What it is. The training includes video lessons recorded by Steven Blake in the months before he passed in February 2026, together with what we built with Steven over his last two years and what has evolved since. Steven’s original lessons are his own teaching, in his own words and voice.

2. Perspective at the point of recording. Steven’s recordings reflect his views, understanding and personal opinion at the time they were recorded. They are a historical record of his teaching. They cannot be revisited, clarified, corrected or updated by him.

3. Opinion and recollection, not statements of fact. The views, case stories, examples and outcomes described by Steven in the recordings are his personal opinion and his recollection of individual sessions. They are not statements of fact, not clinical evidence, not protocols, not representations as to what the approach achieves, and not results that we promise or that you should expect to reproduce.

4. Training and educational purposes only. Not advice, and not to be relied upon. The training is provided for training and educational purposes only. It does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, medical, clinical, psychological, psychiatric or other professional advice, whether in relation to yourself or to any person you work with.

5. The current material governs. The approach continues to develop. Where anything in a recording differs from the current course structure, practitioner guides or written reference material, the current material is what we teach and what you must follow. You must not rely on a recording to the extent it conflicts with the current material.

6. Transcripts, translations and dubbing. The original lessons are Steven’s own words, spoken by him, in English: the authentic version. To make the training more accessible we also provide transcripts, translations into other languages, and audio in other languages that reproduces Steven’s voice, produced using automated and AI tools and offered only as a convenience. Their accuracy is not guaranteed, they are not Steven’s own spoken words, and the original English governs. You must not rely on a transcript, translation or dub over the original English, or present one as Steven’s own words. Each dubbed lesson is labelled as an AI voice reproduction where it plays.

7. Your practice is your responsibility, and buying is not certification. Completing the training confers no medical or clinical qualification and does not extend the scope of practice you are otherwise permitted to work within. You are solely responsible for practising within your own competence, qualifications, insurance and professional and regulatory obligations; for your own client screening, consent, disclaimer and standard of care; and for any decision you take in reliance on the training. Buying the training does not make you a certified OldPain2Go® practitioner, and gives you no right to use our name, logo or brand assets in your own practice or marketing. Certification and the brand licence come only when you complete the certification steps and sign the OldPain2Go® Practitioner Agreement. Until then you may say you are training with us; you may not present yourself as certified by us, or trade under our brand.

8. You must be insured. Before you work with any client using this approach, you must hold appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance covering that work, and you must keep it in force for as long as you practise it. We strongly recommend you check that your policy covers this approach by name. Certification does not provide you with insurance, and no insurance we hold extends to you or to your clients. We do not check, verify or monitor your insurance; holding it is your responsibility and yours alone. If we ask, you must show us evidence that your cover is in force, within 14 days. We are not obliged to ask, and asking does not make your insurance our responsibility.

9. No guarantee. We do not guarantee that you will complete or be awarded certification, the results you will achieve with any client, or any income, referrals or demand arising from certification.

10. Refunds and cancellations: your 14-day right, and the choice at checkout.

10.1 Your right to cancel. When you buy online you have the right to cancel this purchase, for any reason or none, at any time within 14 days beginning the day after the day the contract is made (the cooling-off period). It is a right to change your mind about the purchase. It is not about the quality of the training, which is protected separately (10.5).

10.2 How to cancel, and the refund. Tell us, within the 14 days, by a clear statement: email support@oldpain2go.com, or write to OldPain2Go Limited, 8 Hall Drive, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN6 7SG. You may use the cancellation form at 10.7, but you do not have to. We acknowledge your cancellation without delay, and we refund everything you paid for the cancelled purchase within 14 days of your telling us, using the payment method you used.

10.3 Instant access, the trade (tick two). The recorded lessons are digital content. If at checkout you chose immediate access (the optional second tick), you expressly asked us to begin supplying the recorded material straight away and acknowledged that your right to cancel it would be lost when we did: that right ended when access opened, and once access has been granted the recorded material is not refundable. If you left that box unticked, your purchase completed, your access opens on day 15, and your full cancellation right applies throughout the 14 days.

10.4 The live practical and the assessment (services). These are services rather than digital content, and the law does not allow the second tick to remove your cancellation right for them. Your 14-day cancellation period runs from the day of purchase. For refund purposes, the live practical session and the assessment together represent £90 of your purchase price, which matches what we charge for a seat at one of our live online practical group sessions; the rest of your price is the recorded training and materials. If you cancel inside your 14 days and the live practical and assessment have not yet taken place, we refund that £90 under 10.2. If, at your request, either takes place inside those 14 days and you then cancel, you pay a proportionate share of the £90 for what you have received by the time you told us, and the rest of it is refunded. Once the 14 days have passed, this cancellation right has ended for the whole purchase.

10.5 What no tick can ever remove. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that the training be as described, of satisfactory quality and supplied with reasonable care and skill. If the training is not as described, that is a different right from the cooling-off right: it cannot be waived by any tick, and it does not expire with the 14 days.

10.6 Business buyers. If you buy for business purposes, the consumer cancellation right in this clause does not apply to you.

10.7 Model cancellation form. You do not have to use this form, any clear statement will do, but if it helps, complete and send this.

11. We may still choose to help. None of the above prevents us from offering a refund or another resolution where we judge that to be the right thing to do. Where we do, it is at our discretion, decided case by case. It creates no right and sets no precedent.

12. Do not misrepresent or take out of context. You must never present an AI-generated transcript, translation or dubbed version as Steven’s own words, and you must not clip, excerpt, publish or share any part of the training out of context, or in any way that misrepresents Steven’s teaching or the OldPain2Go® approach.

13. Access and updates. Your purchase gives you lifetime access to the hosted course, and you access the current form of the version you bought, with improvements, corrections and additions included as we make them. What lifetime means, plainly: we will keep your access available for at least three years from purchase, and if we ever withdraw the course after that we will give you at least six months’ notice and, where we can, a way to keep what you paid for. From time to time we may release a major new version of the course. A release is a major new version only where the course is rebuilt or re-recorded, rather than corrected, improved or added to; anything short of that is included in what you already hold, and improvements, corrections and removals within your version will never materially reduce what you bought. Major versions are separate: where we do, we may offer you the chance to take the newest version, with a new live session, a new case study and a new dated certificate, through our Update & Renew offer. Your certification never expires either way (see the Practitioner Agreement): Update & Renew refreshes the date your certificate carries, never your right to practise. Access is a licence to use, not ownership (see the Terms of Use).

14. Governing law, jurisdiction and who we are. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring or defend a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections that country’s law gives you. We will only bring proceedings against you as a consumer in the courts of the country where you live. If you are buying for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. These terms are written in English, and the English version governs any translation. If something goes wrong: contact us at that address and we will acknowledge your complaint promptly, look into it properly, and tell you the outcome in writing; if we cannot resolve it between us, we will tell you what other options are available to you at that point.

15. Liability.

15.1 The things we never limit. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

15.2 Your statutory rights come first. Nothing in these terms removes or reduces the rights the law gives you, including your rights if what you buy is not as described, is not of satisfactory quality, or is not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

15.3 What we are responsible for. We are responsible for supplying the training as described, with reasonable care and skill. If we fail to do that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure.

15.4 What we are not responsible for. The training is education. It is not advice, and it is not a substitute for your own professional judgement. We are not responsible for how you practise, for any session you deliver to a client of your own, for the results you or your clients experience, or for any income, clients or business success (see clause 9). We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable when you bought.

15.5 The limit. Apart from the matters in 15.1 and 15.2, our total liability to you in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

15.6 If you are buying for business purposes. In addition to 15.5, we are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss.

15.7 This clause is read as far as it lawfully goes, and no further. If any part of this clause is found to go further than the law allows, it applies to the greatest extent the law does allow, and the rest of this clause continues to apply.
